MCC closing Dec. 9-Jan. 1 for Winter Break

McLennan Community College will be closed Dec. 9-Jan. 1 for the winter holidays. However, representatives from Advising & Career Services and Highlander Central will be available from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 11-14 to assist students attending the Winter Minimester and to help new and returning students with registration for the Spring 2024 semester.

The MCC Bookstore, along with the Tarleton State University and Texas Tech University administrative offices, and Waco Family Medicine-MCC clinic will also be open on designated dates during the break. For a complete list, visit www.mclennan.edu/dates/winter-holidays.html.

Current McLennan students and those who have completed the application process may continue to register for spring classes through WebAdvisor at www.mclennan.edu. Registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through 11:59 p.m. Jan. 5. Classes begin Jan. 8.

New students should go to www.mclennan.edu/admissions/become-a-student for information about how to become a McLennan student. For additional assistance, visit Highlander Central in McLennan’s Enrollment Services Center. Highlander Central offers help with applying to McLennan, financial aid, registering for classes, and submitting transcripts and test scores.
